Terms of Service

Terms for Hotel Lobby AI video generation, photo permissions, music rights, accounts, and one-time credit purchases.

Last updated: 2026-10-03

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Hotel Lobby AI, including the Studio, prompt library, account features, and credit purchases. In these terms, "we" and "our" refer to the operator of Hotel Lobby AI. Our contact address is support@hotellobby-ai.net.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or submitting a generation request, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to accept them on that party's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; our Refund Policy explains payment refunds.

2. What the service provides

The Studio turns two reference photos into an AI-generated performance video in an orange recording booth. You can choose Basic or Premium generation and the available resolution and aspect ratio. The current video duration is 10 seconds. The Studio uses a fixed prompt; copying or customizing an example from the prompt library does not change the Studio's generation instructions.

Reading and copying the public prompt examples does not require an account or generation credits. Examples and concept illustrations are guidance, not a guarantee of results in this Studio or an external tool. External tools have their own terms, prices, and privacy practices.

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, COLORS, TikTok, or the AI providers used to generate content. References to performers, songs, platforms, and models do not imply a partnership or rights clearance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the minimum age requirements that apply where you live. The service is not intended for children under 13. If you have not reached the age of legal majority, use the service only with any required permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for requests and purchases you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access through account support or our support email.

4. Your photos and permissions

Upload only photos and other material you have the right to use and send to the providers involved in generation. Before using another person's likeness, obtain the permission needed for AI transformation and your intended publication. A publicly available photo is not, by itself, permission to reuse it. For a child's photo, obtain appropriate permission from the parent or legal guardian and comply with applicable law.

You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. You give us limited permission to process, transmit, and store those inputs and the resulting content to generate your requested video, deliver results, maintain your task history, and handle related support and safety issues. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos or authorize us to feature them in public marketing without separate permission.

5. Outputs, music, and publication

AI results may change a subject's appearance, merge details, distort movement, or produce imperfect timing and lip sync. We do not guarantee exact identity preservation, choreography, originality, copyright protection, or a particular audience response. Review both the picture and audio before sharing.

Generated Studio videos include music from Quavo & Takeoff's "HOTEL LOBBY (Unc & Phew)" performance on A COLORS SHOW by default, including in the downloaded MP4. The audio should not be treated as original, royalty-free, or licensed to you merely because you generated or downloaded a video.

Buying credits pays for generation; it does not purchase rights to the song, sound recording, referenced performance, depicted people, brands, or other third-party material. We do not grant rights we do not hold. Your use of an output, including commercial use, depends on the rights you hold, applicable provider terms, and applicable law. Where your intended use requires permission, obtain it or remove or replace the material before publishing. A platform's music permission may apply only within that platform and may not cover an exported video, an advertisement, or publication elsewhere.

Do not present an AI-generated performance as a real recording of a person or as their endorsement. Follow the AI disclosure and content rules of the platforms where you publish. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept, distribute, or monetize your video.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • Violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or other exploitative content.
  • Deceive people through impersonation, fabricate endorsements, commit fraud, or target people with unlawful harassment.
  • Upload material you are not authorized to process or distribute.
  • Bypass safety controls, access another user's data, disrupt the service, or exploit credit, payment, or promotional systems.

Requests may be rejected by service controls or provider safety systems. We may review relevant task information to investigate abuse and respond to complaints.

7. Credit purchases and generation charges

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Purchased credits never expire. Any promotional or signup credits are subject to the conditions of the offer under which they were granted. Credits are service usage units, not money or a transferable investment.

Review the price, currency, and credit amount shown before paying. The Studio displays the credit cost for the selected model and resolution before generation. Credits are deducted when a generation task is created. Starting another generation creates a separate charge, even if you use the same photos.

Pack prices, available models, and generation rates may change for future purchases or requests. The displayed cost applies to the request you submit. Changes do not retroactively alter completed charges or make previously purchased credits expire.

8. Failed tasks and payment refunds

A confirmed failed generation automatically returns the credits consumed for that task. A pending or processing task, including a submission whose provider outcome is uncertain, does not qualify as a confirmed failure merely because it is taking longer than expected. An output you dislike does not automatically qualify for a credit return or a payment refund.

Credit returns are different from refunds of credit-pack payments. Delivered packs are generally non-refundable, subject to the billing corrections, permanent shutdown provisions, and mandatory consumer rights described in the Refund Policy. Duplicate charges and missing purchased credits can be reviewed through support. Include the task or order identifier so we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms removes a statutory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any legally required request for immediate delivery or acknowledgment about withdrawal rights must be handled as required by applicable law.

9. Availability and storage

Generation depends on third-party capacity, network availability, and safety review. Completion time varies, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a fixed turnaround time. We may change or withdraw features and models; payment and unused-credit obligations remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

My Creations provides access to your task history and available video links. It is not a permanent archival service. Provider-hosted media links can expire, and a stored task record does not guarantee that its video will remain downloadable. Download results you want to keep. Removing a photo from an upload slot or downloading a video does not delete an already-submitted task or provider copies.

10. Restrictions and account closure

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Closure and any data deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, with any outstanding billing or legal obligations addressed separately.

11. Responsibility and disputes

You are responsible for the permissions and publication decisions relating to your inputs and outputs. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to our operation of the service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that generated content will meet every creative or commercial requirement, and we are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized use of third-party material.

Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Contact support first about a dispute so we can investigate; this does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.

12. Updates and contact

The date above identifies this version. We will post revised terms here and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from earlier purchases.

For account, billing, privacy, or content-rights concerns, email support@hotellobby-ai.net or open an account support ticket. For a rights complaint, identify the material, the relevant page or task, the right you claim, and a way to contact you. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
