Refund Policy

Summary

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or recurring charges. Purchased credits never expire. Delivered credit packs are non-refundable except as described below and where applicable consumer rights require otherwise. This page is part of the terms of service.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are delivered immediately — the credits are granted to your account as soon as payment completes — and remain permanently valid. They are non-refundable once delivered, subject to billing corrections, permanent shutdown, and applicable consumer rights.

Confirmed failed generations automatically return the credits consumed by that task. This credit return is separate from a refund of the pack payment. Pending tasks remain charged until their outcome is confirmed.

Billing corrections

Duplicate charges, credits that never arrived, or a clear billing error are not treated as refunds and are always corrected in full. Open a support ticket with the order identifier and we will fix the charge or grant the missing credits.

If the service shuts down

If the service is permanently discontinued, unused purchased credits will be refunded pro rata against what was paid for them.

How to request

Open a support ticket and include the order identifier, or email support@hotellobby-ai.net. Requests are reviewed promptly and are usually completed within 5 business days of approval. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Consent and your rights

Credits are delivered after payment is confirmed. Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate delivery and a separate acknowledgment about loss of a withdrawal right, those requirements must be met; completing payment alone does not establish that they have been met. Nothing in this policy limits a statutory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
